The latest cherry blossom forecast has been published by Japan Weather Association! If you are planning to visit Japan this spring, check the dates!

According to Japan Weather Association, it seems the first flowers of the season are likely to bloom in Fukuoka city, Wajima city, and Tokyo Chiyoda ward on the 22nd. Toward the end of this month, the flowers will open in the western part of Japan, Tokai region and most of the Kanto region. Once the flowers bloom, they are expected to reach full bloom within 7 to 10 days.

In April, the flowers will bloom in the northern part of Japan. By the end of the month, Hokkaido may see the flowers. Since the temperature in May is expected to be the same or higher than the average years, the flowers may reach full bloom within 2 to 5 days once they bloom.
