・What is Kyoto City Bus & Kyoto Bus One-Day Pass
You can have unlimited rides on Kyoto City Buses(京都市バス) and Kyoto Buses(京都バス) within the fixed-rate area only for 500 JPY per day. If you are going to ride the buses 3 times or more in one day, buying this pass will cost less than paying each time.

・Where to buy
You can purchase the pass upon your arrival at Kyoto Station, at Kyoto Tourist Information Center located on the 2F(English service available). Also, they are on sale at the city bus and subway information office and ticket office. You can also just buy one from the bus drivers when you get off the bus.
・How to use it
The date will be printed on the back of the pass on the first ride, when you get off the bus. It will be valid for the whole calender day.
The first time you get off the bus, simply put the pass into the card slot and the date will be printed. From the second time, just show the date to the driver when you get off the bus.
For non-flat rate routes, extra fare may be required when using this pass. In this case, you will be informed by the driver how much extra fare you need to pay after inserting your pass into the card slot when you get off.
